Elle a re\u00e7u toutes les validations scientifiques et universitaires n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 son enregistrement comme m\u00e9thode agr\u00e9\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9marche : Prendre conscience de ses potentiels en vue d\u2019une orientation professionnelle: \u00ab Pour quoi suis-je fait.e ? \u00bb<br>D\u00e9couvrir quelles grandes cat\u00e9gories de secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s et de fonctions correspondent aux potentiels de la personne. Cette d\u00e9marche permet \u00e0 chacun de s\u2019orienter au plus pr\u00e8s de ses ressources, domaines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats forts.<br>Cette m\u00e9thode se situe dans le champ de l\u2019accompagnement de la personne vers son \u00e9panouissement. En effet, la compr\u00e9hension de soi dans son propre mode de fonctionnement permet d\u2019activer les leviers de sa dynamique personnelle. Cette connaissance permet \u00e0 chacun de mettre en \u0153uvre ses projets. Les potentiels forts constituent la base solide \u00e0 partir de laquelle chacun va pouvoir b\u00e2tir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A qui s\u2019adresse Potentialis\u00ae :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aux jeunes \u00e0 partir de 14 ans ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aux \u00e9tudiants ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aux adultes en recherche d\u2019emploi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aux adultes en reconversion professionnelle ou dans une d\u00e9marche personnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 1990, 50 000 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9es par 200 op\u00e9rateurs form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de cette m\u00e9thode. Gage de s\u00e9rieux, obligation est faite \u00e0 chaque op\u00e9rateur d\u2019actualiser ses connaissances tous les deux ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9roulement:<\/strong><br>\u2192 Pour commencer, deux rendez-vous -ou selon les disponibilit\u00e9s- d\u20191h00 \u00e0 1h30 chacun. En individuel ou en petits groupes (\u00e9tablissements scolaires): entretien &amp; quatre potentiels test\u00e9s, (photolangage si n\u00e9cessaire):<br>Potentiels sensoriels.<br>Potentiel de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<br>Potentiel de raisonnement logique.<br>Potentiel de communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 Troisi\u00e8me rendez-vous avec les parents:<br>Compte-rendu \u00e9crit et oral. Le jeune se met en recherche \u00e0 partir des orientations de fonctions et de domaines d\u00e9couverts lors du bilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 Quatri\u00e8me rendez-vous:<br>Mise en commun des m\u00e9tiers envisag\u00e9s.
