Je cr\u00e9e les conditions d&rsquo;une bonne alliance avec le jeune mais c&rsquo;est \u00e0 lui de voir s&rsquo;il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 s&rsquo;engager dans la m\u00e9thode que je lui propose.<br><br>Par le biais d\u2019entretiens, de tests et d\u2019activit\u00e9s faites \u00e0 partir de ses cours, exercices et de ses copies d\u2019\u00e9valuations (pour que ce soit toujours tr\u00e8s concret), j\u2019accompagne d\u2019abord l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve dans la <strong>d\u00e9couverte de son fonctionnement cognitif<\/strong> : \u00e0 partir de ses propres observations, l\u2019enfant, l\u2019adolescent ou l&rsquo;adulte d\u00e9couvre ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, ses zones en d\u00e9licatesse, ses blocages. Il peut ainsi adapter ses strat\u00e9gies de travail en fonction de ce qu\u2019il observe et reconna\u00eet comme \u00e9tant op\u00e9rant pour lui.<br><br>Jusqu\u2019en 6e incluse, quand ils le peuvent, les parents assistent aux s\u00e9ances par souci d\u2019harmonisation des m\u00e9thodes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi \u00e7a marche?<\/strong><br>A notre premier entretien, l\u2019enfant, l\u2019adolescent a d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u de nombreux conseils souvent pertinents mais qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas entendus car <strong>nous retenons mieux ce que nous trouvons par nous-m\u00eames<\/strong>. Peu de th\u00e9orie donc (sauf quelques explications sur le cerveau, la m\u00e9moire&#8230;).<br>Je l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir son fonctionnement mais c&rsquo;est lui qui trouve: l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et du concret avant tout.<br><br>Par ailleurs, j\u2019explique tout ce que je demande au jeune. <strong>Il comprend pourquoi<\/strong> il doit mettre en place des choses parfois exigeantes donc il les met en place rapidement, les r\u00e9sultats s\u2019am\u00e9liorent: le circuit de la r\u00e9compense est en marche!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mal \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole: se revaloriser, trouver ses motivations<\/strong><br>Certains jeunes pour diverses raisons sont en mal de scolarit\u00e9 et m\u00eame d\u2019apprentissage, ce qui provoque col\u00e8re, apathie, et ne les rend pas fiers d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. Il s\u2019agit alors de <strong>travailler avec eux leurs domaines de r\u00e9ussites<\/strong>. Je m\u2019en r\u00e9jouis car il y en a forc\u00e9ment.<br><br>Nous partons \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de ses \u00ab projets de sens \u00bb(La Garanderie), qui sont \u00e0 la fois l\u2019origine, la structure et la dynamique de chacun. Autrement dit <strong>ses motivations profondes<\/strong> \u2013 de \u00ab movere \u00bb \u00e9tymologiquement : \u00ab ce qui met en mouvement \u00bb. Ensuite nous travaillons sur le transfert aux apprentissages. C\u2019est d\u00e9licat mais gratifiant\u2026<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u00e9n\u00e9fices collat\u00e9raux<\/strong><br>Cette <strong>prise de conscience \u00e9tonne<\/strong> le jeune et lui parle intimement puisque c\u2019est lui qui se d\u00e9couvre et non pas quelqu\u2019un qui l\u2019\u00e9tiquetterait. Cela r\u00e9pond \u00e0 sa curiosit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de lui-m\u00eame et va dans le sens de la qu\u00eate identitaire active chez l\u2019adolescent et le jeune adulte.<br><br>Son <strong>meilleur rapport<\/strong> \u00e0 sa scolarit\u00e9, \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudes favorisent un mieux-\u00eatre avec lui-m\u00eame, ses relations sociales et sa famille.
